Sophomore D-Man Ben Bala was an unknown gem when he first came onto campus. In his first season with the Pirates, Bala finished with 7 goals and 9 assists, 3rd on the team in points and established himself as a key part of the Pirates future.

"Ben has done everything asked of him and more" said Head Coach Carl Meixsell. "His leadership and natural hockey IQ is something no coach can teach. He has become a cornerstone for the future here at Seton Hall. Ben is the perfect candidate to represent our program and we could not be more proud."

Congrats to Ben and his family for this incredible honor!! Ben will play along the best of the CSCHC on March 25th at Loucks Ice Arena in Lawrenceville, NJ.
