The Lakeshore Canadiens have dethroned the Essex 73’s as Champions of the PJHL Stobbs Division. With tonight’s 3-1 victory on home ice at the Atlas Tube Centre in Lakeshore; the Canadiens take the series in five games. Entering this year’s Stobbs Division Championship the 73’s had won the last six titles (Great Lakes Junior C Hockey League 2012 to 2016, PJHL Stobbs Division 2017). The title for the Canadiens is their first since 2011 when they were known as the Belle River Canadiens.
