2018 Conditioning Camps

Date:  Source: Green Gaels Junior B Lacrosse Club

The Green Gaels Junior B Lacrosse Club are excited to announce the dates for their 2018 Conditioning Camps. These camps are open to all players whose birth years are 1997 – 2001 and is a great opportunity for players to get ready for training camp for all levels of lacrosse from Junior A through to Intermediate.

The 2018 Conditioning Camps will be held weekly at Children’s Arena in Oshawa from 7:00PM to 8:30PM every Sunday from March 4th until March 25th. Each session will be run by the Green Gaels 2018 Coaching Staff including new Head Coach Joel Johnson, along with assistant coaches Chris Cudmore, Todd Collins, and Brad Reed. Additional assistance will be provided by Green Gaels alumni throughout the sessions as required.

The Conditioning Camps are laid out in order to help prepare players for the higher pace expected at Junior tryouts for any team in the Durham Region. As such, full box lacrosse equipment is required as there will be contact included in the conditioning sessions.

For players who would like to attend but have not yet registered in person or by mail, registration will be available at Children’s Arena during the first game of the Durham Junior Lacrosse League for the remainder of the season, from 7:00PM until 8:30PM. Players will also be available at the entrance to Children’s Arena an hour prior to each conditioning session, beginning March 5th. Players under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present to register. The cost for the Conditioning Camp is $50 for the four sessions.
