Due to injury and illness, the Warriors were forced to play Lafayette with an even more shorthanded bench than they usually have. And they were able to gain a 4-2 lead in the middle of the 2nd period but were unable to hold on as their legs started to get heavier. Lafayette was able to score two goals at the end of the 2nd to tie the score at 4 and then in the beginning of the 3rd they were able to net 3 quick goals to gain a 7-4 lead and squash the valiant effort from the Warriors. Final score would be 8-4.
