The Varsity team will be participating in a pre-season training camp that is being held at the University of Delaware August 11th-13th. The team will be training with Interboro High School and scrimmaging them at the culmination of the camp on Sunday. There is currently only one spot left on the roster. 

The cost of the camp is $230 per player, but to ensure all of our players were able to go, the club is only asking $100 and we will subsidize the rest.  We hope to have a car wash in the next few weeks to offset some cost.

The tentative schedule for the camp is:

Friday, Aug 11th

6-6:30pm Players should be arriving at The University of Delaware’s rink.

Players will leave their equipment at the rink in a secured locker room for the weekend.

6:40pm Depart for The Comfort Inn and Suites (3 Concord Lane, Newark, DE 19713)

7:30pm Team meeting and/or team building

Saturday, Aug 12th

6am Wake up call

6:15-6:50 Breakfast at hotel

7:30am  Depart to the rink

7:50-8:45am Warm ups

9-10:15am On ice

10:40am- 12pm Off ice drills or team building

12pm Lunch (Served at the rink in the lounge overlooking the rink)

1-1:30pm Off ice and/or Team Building

3:30- 4:15pm On ice

5:10pm Depart to hotel

6:30pm Dinner at the hotel (Same area as breakfast)

7:30pm-? Team building

Sunday, Aug 13th

6:45am Wake up call

7- 7:45am Breakfast at hotel

8:10am Depart for Rink (Players need to bring all of their personal items. We will not be returning to the hotel)

8:30-9:20am Warm ups (Players coming for the day Sunday need to be at the rink by 8:30am!)

9:45- 11am On-ice

11:20am- 12pm Off ice/Team building

12- 12:45pm Lunch

12:45- 1:30pm Team building/ off ice

2pm-3:15pm Scrimmage with Interboro High School

Players are permitted to drive to the camp.

A waiver MUST be signed and submitted.
