Thunder announce schedule clarification for home game on April 6

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — Due to the Brantley Gilbert: Devil Don’t Sleep Tour at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum on April 7, the Bloomington Thunder’s game against the Green Bay Gamblers will take place on Thursday, April 6 at 7 p.m.

 

The game against Green Bay was originally slated for April 7 but had to be moved up due to the concert, which was scheduled after the Thunder’s season began. Tickets with the April 7 date on them DO NOT need to be exchanged and should be used for the game on April 6.

 

FULL SCHEDULE

 

The game against Green Bay on April 6 is part of the Thunder’s final homestand of the regular season, a four-game homestand that begins this weekend. Bloomington plays its final road game of the season on Friday at Muskegon and then returns home for the final two games of the weekend.

 

This Saturday night is Miller Park Zoo Night, featuring a Zoo animal squeeze toy giveaway for the first 500 fans 12-and-younger and a $1 hot dog special, while supplies last. There will also be live animals from Miller Park Zoo at the game, including a rabbit, hedgehog, ball python, blue-tongued skink and more. Tickets from the Thunder game will get fans into Miller Park Zoo for free on Sunday, April 2.

 

The Thunder’s weekend finale on Sunday is a Hy-Vee Family Fun Sunday, featuring a $7 ticket special with the use of a Hy-Vee Family Fun Sunday voucher. Vouchers are available at Hy-Vee, the Thunder office, or other local businesses. Fans can also print the vouchers at home using this link. The first 500 fans on Sunday will get a 'Thunder Swag' poster, featuring Logan Halladay, Ethan Somoza, Jake Durflinger, Dan Willett and Sean Harrison.
