Teams arrived in Amagansett, Long Island for six game sets as the snow moved in. By late afternoon there was a foot of snow, everything was closed and the snack bar had run out of everything and closed. Teams played into the night and even the local teams had to stay overnight in the area. The teams played spirited games on the huge surface of Sportime Amagansett, and for the most part the games ran on time and without incident.
Delco Demons Black (3-7-2)went 3-3, lost their first two (second in OT), won two in a row, then dropped their last two on Sunday. Delco came with a full roster but struggled to find their game. The team now sits in seventh place at the midway point. Shawn Maffei leads the team in goals (9), while Padraig Nolan leads the team with 16 points (7-9-16)
Empire State Legends Silver (8-3-1) went 2-3-1 on the weekend, good for second place in the East. The team’s high flying duo, Florio and Sherman, who lit it up in NJ in December, missed the whole weekend and forced coach/Elite player Matt Ketcham into the lineup. Michael Leprine took over the scoring lead (11-10-21), though Sherman still leads the team in goals (14). Goalies Lauto and Occhicone both rank among the league leaders. Silver leads the league with only 38 goals allowed in 12 games.
Empire State Legends Black (6-5-1) went 5-1 in Amagansett to right their ship and now sit in 5th place at the midway point of the season. On the strength of demoted elite player Pontrello (13 points) the ESL Black team beat the ESL silver team 4-3 in OT for bragging rights. The team leads the league with 101 penalty minutes. TJ D’Agostino continues to lead the team with 11-9-20 in just nine games. Goalies Tatarian and Gallian gave up just 16 goals in 6 games.
Hartford Fire Ants (6-4-2) went 2-3-1 on the weekend and sit in fourth place overall. Hartford went 1-1 in OT games, with newcomer Tyler Isaacs scoring the game winner v. Delco. Troy Miller leads the team in scoring (11-12-23, tied for 10th overall), while Nick Tomsczyk leads the team with 14 goals. Matt Zuba and Mark Miller remain deadlocked in the points race, Coach St. Jean remains mum on who is most likely to dent the scoring column. Hartford has been to OT a league high four times.
Long Island Bulldogs (5-7) went 3-3 at their “home” rink and won their last two games to finish the weekend with momentum. The team sits in 6th place in the East. James Kelly leads the team in goals (16) and points (23), while D Paul Masem leads the league with 4.1 fake slap shots per game and posted a league high 8 versus Delco on Sunday.
New Jersey Alliance Gold (2-10) showed up short-handed and lost all six games. They now sit in 8th place in the East. Chris Terzulli leads the team in goals (7) and points (16). The Alliance are second in the division in PIM.

Garrett Vaslet leads the team with 15 goals (4th overall), while Kevin Salisbury leads the league with 18 assists and tied for the league lead with 5 PPG.
Philadelphia Liberty Blue (10-1-1) won all six of their games, and sit atop the East. The Liberty nearly outscored their opponents by a 2-1 margin, (41g/f,-21g/a).
