ALUMNI UPDATE: FLANIGAN SIGNS WITH HAMILTON

Hamilton, ON- Former Bay State Breakers forward Ryan Flanigan has signed an amateur tryout agreement with the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League. The contract comes following an outstanding career for the Rochester, NY, native at Merrimack College.

 

Flanigan led the Warriors with 29 points and a +21 rating this past season, in which he also served as team captain. After scoring 16 points combined in his freshman and sophomore seasons, he registered 34 points as a junior and earned Hockey East All-Tournament Team honors.

 

Prior to matriculating at Merrimack, Flanigan played two seasons with the Breakers beginning with the 2006-07 season. He tallied 28 points in 27 games in his first season and registered 18 goals and 17 assists (35 points) in the 2007-08 season.
