Since many managers failed to maintain statistics making it nearly impossible to enforce SFS League Rules - Article 27-A.  

Manager's are required to e-mail the Commissioner's Officer, at southforksoftball@yahoo.com, with their summer play-off rosters.

All decision will lay with the Commissioner's Office, as per Article 27-B of the SFS League Rules.  

Commissioner's rulings are final.
