The Bulldogs are excited to announce that goaltender Ryall Purdy has signed on to return for the 2016-17 season. Purdy played 12 games for the Bulldogs last season, and will be a valuable veteran asset heading into this year.

Speaking about what Purdy will bring to Chicago this season, Bulldogs Head Coach and General Manager Craig Shepherd said, "I am happy that Ryall has decided to come back to the Bulldogs. Ryall joined the Bulldogs in the later half of the season last year, and after a trying season with the old organization, the simple fact that he did not quit, and has an open mind to the new Chicago Bulldogs is a testament to his  character. Ryall is good goalie and I am happy to have him on our team both for his goaltending abilities and the leadership qualities he brings to the table as a 96 veteran player."
