A three-run ninth inning sealed a 10-3 win for the Bristol Blues (17-19) over the Torrington Titans (13-22) on Saturday at Fuessenich Park.

The Bristol Blues scored in the ninth on an RBI single by James Brown and a two-run double by Lorenzo Arcuri.

Brown racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Bristol Blues.

Mike Munson brought the heat against the Torrington Titans during his outing. The Torrington Titans managed just one hit off of the the Bristol Blues' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Despite the loss, the Torrington Titans' Brandon Rentas dominated the Bristol Blues' batters, giving up three runs and striking out six.

Izzy Fuentes improved to 4-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Bristol Blues. He allowed two runs over five innings. Fuentes struck out six, walked five and gave up five hits.

Rentas (0-1) took the loss for the Torrington Titans.
