Hamilton finished 3-0 after round robin play with big wins in Round Robin play versus Pickering, North Toronto, & Whitby. Hamilton pulled out a BIG quarter-final win in the last inning versus Guelph Royals. Sunday morning brought a semi-final match-up against COBA rival Burlington Bulls. The Cardinals came out strong and beat the Bulls to advance to the finals against the Oakville A's.
The finals match up was a hard fought game but the Cardinals lost a tough one to become Finalists in their first tournament of the season.
