The KEBS-Still in the Race

(Halifax): Quebec City KEBS played tonight against the Halifax Rainmen. The Halifax team won by a final score of 97-83.
Following to Tommy Mitchell’ departure to the Golden State Warriors tryout camp in the NBA, the KEBS chemistry was shocked, which lead them to a lost against their past seasons rivals, the Halifax Rainmen.
The KEBS gave the momentum of the 1stquarter (22-18) but the Rainmen took the advantage of the game on the 2ndone. Halifax had a lead of 4 points on the first half (43-39) but increased that gap on the 3rdquarter by 7 (72-65).
The Rainmen finished that game by a victory of 97-83. Eric Crookshank led the Halifax team with 17 points.
Best performances for the KEBS were made by : Ralphy Holmes, player of the week of the NBL (Nov 28thto Dec 4th), 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists, James ``boo`` Jackson with 14 points and 11 rebounds and Royce Parran with also 14 points.
Next game for the KEBS is in less than 24 hours, tomorrow, Sunday December 11th, against the Saint John Mill Rats, at 2pm (Atlantic).
