Victory of the KEBS in the Maritimes: Quebec Team Is Now Second in The NBL Ranking

(Summerside): Quebec City KEBS played tonight against the Summerside Storm. The Quebec team won by a final score of 109-98.

The first quarter was pretty exciting for basketball fans while both team finished the first 12 minutes 25-25. On the second quarter, Storm took a small lead of 3 points, 53-50.

The KEBS came back after the halftime with the intension to close the game right there. They scored 32 points and played hard as a team in defense letting the Storm score only 16 points (82-69).

On the last quarter, the Summerside team tried to tie the game but KEBS were too strong on the 3rdquarter. The Quebec team left with the victory (109-98) but also with the 2ndspot in the ranking of the NBL.

Best performances for the KEBS were made by Ralphy Holmes with 24 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists, James ``Boo`` Jackson with 16 points and 9 rebounds and Tommy Mitchell with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Ricky Volcy dominated the assists for the KEBS with 8, but also got 12 points and 8 rebounds. 

Next game for the KEBS is tomorrow, December 2nd, against the Moncton Miracles, at 7pm (atlantic).
