Behind one goal and six assists from Robert Reichenbaugh and four goals and one assist from Stone Haberstroh, Freeport downed Serra Catholic 8-3.

Reichenbaugh scored on the power play 8:51 into the third period to make the score 5-3 Freeport. Freeport had gotten the advantage when Serra Catholic's Roman Kraemer was sent off for holding. Slade Ohl picked up the assist.
