Sean Weber lifted West Allegheny to a 9-4 victory with a hat trick against Thomas Jefferson.

West Allegheny stifled Thomas Jefferson's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. West Allegheny forced Thomas Jefferson goalie Jordan Blosl to work between the pipes, taking 48 shots.

West Allegheny also got points from Jaret Mielnicki, who also tallied two goals and two assists and Jess Ligas, who also had two goals and three assists. West Allegheny also had goals scored by Lorenzo Giacomino and Daniel Wojtaszek, who scored one goal each. In addition, West Allegheny received assists from Hunter Ross and Mason Carlisle, who each chipped in one.

Thomas Jefferson kept West Allegheny's goalie busy throughout the game, and Anthony Dominick made 36 saves on 40 shots.

Thomas Jefferson was helped by Mathew Krieger, who registered two goals. Krieger scored the first of his two goals at 9:42 into the second period to make the score 3-2 West Allegheny. Daniel Harrold picked up the assist. Krieger's next tally made the score 4-3 West Allegheny with 18:56 left in the third period. Harrold assisted on the tally. Thomas Jefferson additionally got points from Harrold, who also grabbed one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Thomas Jefferson also got a goal from Michael Krieger as well. More assists for Thomas Jefferson came via John Piscitelli and Hayden Hintemeyer, who contributed one each.
