West Allegheny - MS tried its best to erase a two-goal deficit, but South Park - MS would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-3.

A goal by Justin Mettrick put South Park - MS up 4-2 in the third period, but West Allegheny - MS pulled to within one on Jacob Gyergyo's tally 2:58 into the third period.

South Park - MS got the win with help from a great game by Garrett Brelosky, who had one goal and two assists. Brelosky scored 7:33 into the second period to make the score 2-1 South Park - MS. Sean Thurston picked up the assist.

South Park - MS stifled West Allegheny - MS' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

South Park - MS also had goals scored by Michael Mejalli and George Mettrick, who each put in one. In addition, South Park - MS received assists from John Betz, who had one.
