Kyle Galloway was all over the ice for Texas, as he tallied two goals in Texas' 3-1 win over Sugar Land.
Galloway's tallies came on the power play at 6:00 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Texas and 20:00 into the third to make the score 3-1 Texas.Texas' penalty box was a popular destination as the team totaled five minors and two majors for 50 minutes in penalty time. Texas surpassed its season average of 11.0 penalty minutes per game. Texas' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five Sugar Land power plays.
Texas also got a goal from Ryan Dunner as well. Other players who recorded assists for Texas were Bryan Whelan and George Hansen, who contributed two each.

Sugar Land was led by Jake Garman, who scored the team's only goal. Garman scored 17:18 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Keegan Chesnick picked up the assist.
