Hampton - MS gutted out a close 3-2 win against Mars - MS.

Hampton - MS gained the winning advantage on a goal by Ethan Varley 6:39 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

Varley had two goals to lead Hampton - MS to victory.

Hampton - MS also got a goal from Joshua Bianco as well. More assists for Hampton - MS came via Alex Levine and Rom Mitchell Hurst, who each chipped in one.

Mars - MS excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Mars - MS was helped by Nikolai Osborne, who finished with two goals. Osborne scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 1:54 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Hampton - MS. Mars - MS earned a power play opportunity when Brendan Erka was put in the box for slashing. Michael Manuppelli picked up the assist. Osborne's next tally on the power play made the score 2-2 with 13:32 left in the third period. Manuppelli provided the assist. In addition, Mars - MS received assists from Christian Colafella, who had one.
