Daniel Cafagna finished with one point to lead the Caledon Golden Hawks to a 4-1 victory over the Stayner Siskins.

Caledon's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Stayner power plays. The Golden Hawks' offense rang up 35 shots on Stayner's net.

Caledon additionally got points from Kevin Pleasance, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Caledon also had goals scored by Randy Chen and Avery Rodriguez, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for Caledon were Colby Shatilla and Christian Mariconda, who contributed one each.

The Siskins managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Stayner ended up below its season average of 24.0 penalty minutes per game. The Siskins were held below their usual level of production. Stayner averages 3.6 goals per game.

The Siskins were led by Ricky Darrell, who scored the team's only goal. Darrell scored 13:48 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Stayner.

Sam Procopio recorded 20 saves for Caledon. The Golden Hawks incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors and had no power play opportunities. Trevor Bloch rejected 31 shots on goal for Stayner.
