Behind a great game by Mason Carlisle, who had two goals and one assist, West Allegheny defeated Serra Catholic, 7-4.

Carlisle's tallies came at 1:06 into the second period to make the score 2-1 West Allegheny and 7:22 into the second to make the score 4-2 West Allegheny.

Serra Catholic's power play was ineffective against West Allegheny's penalty kill, which allowed one goal while shorthanded.
