Gateway falls apart in second, loses to Wheeling Catholic, 14-6

Wheeling Catholic used a five-goal second period to put away Gateway, 14-6.

Kyle Wensel had four goals and four assists to lead Wheeling Catholic. Wensel notched his first tally 4:15 into the first period. He then added goals at 7:29 into the first, at 14:40 into the first, and at 8:31 into the third.

Gateway fell victim to a deadly Wheeling Catholic power play, which ripped Gateway for four goals.
