Moon had a five-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to an 11-2 win over Norwin.

Logan Rosser had two goals to lead Moon to victory. Rosser scored at 9:41 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Moon and again while on the power play 14:33 into the first to make the score 2-0 Moon.

Moon forced Norwin goalie Anthony Barca to work between the pipes, taking 56 shots. Moon bested its season scoring average. Moon averages 4.9 goals per game. Moon cashed in on power play opportunities, scoring two goals on three chances.

Moon additionally got points from Jared Maxin, who also grabbed three goals and two assists, Tyler Niehaus, who also tallied one goal and one assist, Jakob Konecsni, who also had one goal and four assists, Thomas Polster, who also registered one goal and two assists, Nicholas Hart, who also grabbed one goal and four assists, and Luke Euston, who also finished with one goal and two assists. Moon also got a goal from Evan Briant as well. In addition, Moon received assists from Luke James and Joseph Sell, who contributed one each.

Moon's defense shut down Norwin's forwards for much of the game, and Norwin got off only 13 shots during the contest.

Norwin was led by Brandon Butler, who tallied one goal. Butler scored 7:13 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Moon. Brandon Cassandro assisted on the tally. Bryce Hegedus also scored for Norwin. Other players who recorded assists for Norwin were Michael DAndrea, who had one.

Julian Wolstencroft recorded 11 saves for Moon. Moon incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Anthony Barca made 45 saves for Norwin on 56 shots. Norwin incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
