Brandon Johnson stood on his head and made 27 saves to lead the Mooretown Flags to a 4-1 victory over the Alvinston Flyers.
Mooretown was led by Dawson Vautour, who registered one goal. Vautour scored on the power play 11:44 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Mooretown. The Flags earned a power play opportunity when Matt Gough was put in the box for holding. Cameron Rannie provided the assist.

Alvinston was led by Karsten Berg, who scored the team's only goal. Berg scored 12:40 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Mooretown. Carter Campbell picked up the assist.
Mooretown incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. The Flags ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Trevor Bogaert was ejected from the game. Matt Boere made 36 saves for the Flyers on 40 shots. Alvinston incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
