M3-Vanderbilt University, which led by four goals at one point, survived a comeback attempt by M3-Clemson University and clinched a 5-3 victory.

M3-Vanderbilt University led by four goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when M3-Vanderbilt University's Nicholas Honkala scored at 5:07 in the third period to put M3-Vanderbilt University up 4-0.

M3-Vanderbilt University got the win thanks to a great game by John Longman, who had two goals and one assist.
