Bremerton, WA - The West Sound Warriors were not going to be denied by the upstart Cheney team. The Warriors won, won big and won often in their quest to finally bring home the hardware they have missed the previous two seasons.

Finishing in first place in the regular season is not enough for the perennial powerhouse and they proved it against the fourth place Ice Hawks. The Warriors took the first two games in Cheney and puncuated it with a home win to finish the sweep. In the three games the Warriors out scored their opponent 28-1 and outshot them 150-55. West Sound's power play was an incredible 47.4%. 

The Warriors will wait to see the outcoe of the other series between Bellingham and Wenatchee.
