Behind two goals from Matt Lienemann and one goal Jacob Davis, OConnor Shaler JV2 downed Flenner West Allegheny JV2 6-3.

Lienemann scored the first of his two goals at 1:22 into the first period to make the score 1-0 OConnor Shaler JV2. Lienemann's next tally made the score 2-0 OConnor Shaler JV2 with 15:51 left in the first period. Davis scored 4:49 into the third period to make the score 4-3 OConnor Shaler JV2. Corey Grande picked up the assist.

With the win, OConnor Shaler JV2 avoided elimination to make the series score 1-2 in the best of three series.

OConnor Shaler JV2 excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.

Flenner West Allegheny JV2 was led by Luke Heyl, who registered two goals. Heyl scored the first of his two goals at 5:31 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Jay Belloma assisted on the tally. Heyl's next tally made the score 3-3 with 16:31 left in the third period. Flenner West Allegheny JV2 also got a goal from Nicholas Garofalo as well.

OConnor Shaler JV2 incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors and had no power play opportunities.
