On Behalf of the Grundy staff and management, I would like to Thank all the Grizzlies players and coaches for a great season.  Our first season as a part of the DVHL was a challenge but also a huge success.  We saw 5 of 6 eligible teams make it to league playoffs.  Our Midgets, many of whom were new to the game, played in a very tough division against highly talented teams each week and never backed down.  Our Atoms and Mites have come so far in just one season.  It’s hard to believe how much they have improved in just 7 months.  Last but not least, the Grizzlies crowned our first ever League Champions this season.  Our policy to balance our teams when we have more than 1 team at any level has for many years kept us from being able to compete with the top teams in the league.  The effort and commitment from players and parents has helped push our program to the next level.  I’m very excited for the 2015-16 season!
