This version (dated November 2014) incorporates all of the bylaw and policy changes that were officially approved at the May 2014 SAM and the November 2014 Annual Meeting including all the new and updated Terms of Reference (inserted as Appendices in the manual).

We are in the process of working on further updates of this manual for presentation at the next SAM which should clean up the entire manual to align with the new governance structure and terminology.
