ACCHL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: JAKE LESSICK (GWU)

Date:  Source: ACCHL: Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League

Jake has been among the ACC scoring leaders all season.  Known on the George Washington bench for the wingman that "makes [fellow lineman] Max Terhar look so good", Jake had a break out game of his own on Saturday against a tough Georgetown opponent, Jake had his best game of the season scoring 4 goals and 2 assists, leading George Washington to an 8-6 victory.  When he wasn't scoring, Jake was setting up his team mates or integral in a number of timely penalty kills.  Most importantly, his leadership on the ice as well as on the bench was clearly evident and a critical factor in securing the win and placing George Washington in first place in the ACC Capitol Division.
