Just 24 hours before the season opener, Calgary Flames head coach Bob Hartley took the time to send a video, congratulating the Hawkesbury Hawks on their 40th anniversary.

Hartley's career in coaching started in his home town of Hawkesbury, before moving on to the Laval Titans of the QMJHL and ultimately the National Hockey League
