The Peninsula Oilers (19-22) built an early edge on Tuesday, but the Anchorage Glacier Pilots (19-20) roared back to steal a 2-1 victory at Coral Seymour Memorial Park.
While the Peninsula Oilers led until the sixth inning, the Anchorage Glacier Pilots worked their way back and took the lead on an RBI triple by Chester Pak.
Henri Faucheux picked up the win for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. Faucheux allowed no earned runs, three hits and one walk while striking out five over seven innings of work.
Jimmy Nesselt was effective even in defeat, mowing down 10 the Anchorage Glacier Pilots batters and allowing two runs.
Nesselt (3-3) was the game's losing pitcher.
