The Anchorage Bucs (25-13) blew out the Anchorage Glacier Pilots (17-18) 8-1 on Friday at Mulcahy Field after pouring on six runs in the first inning.

The Anchorage Bucs scored in the first on , a home run by Evan Powell, and a wild pitch.

Powell racked up four RBIs on one hit for the Anchorage Bucs.

The Anchorage Glacier Pilots couldn't get anything going so long as Peter Lenstrohm was on the hill. Lenstrohm held the Anchorage Glacier Pilots hitless over one inning, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Bernardo Flores (0-1) took the loss for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. He allowed six runs in one inning, walked four and struck out three.
