Albany, NY- When the 17 Year Old Defenseman came to the United States 5 Years ago, his English was limited, but his Hockey game was not! Fast forward to 2014 and Raman Hrabarenka is a mainstay on the Albany Devils blue line in the AHL (American Hockey League), the Triple A affiliate of the New Jersey Devils.  The Talented and Hulking Defenseman stands at 6'3" and weighs 215lbs.  With an offensive punch to his game, Hrabarenka racked up 21 points in 48 games this season in Albany. He has now played 82 games in the American League and continues to develope in the Devils system.

"I had the pleasure of coaching Raman that season for our Junior A team in the old EJHL", said current GM Chris Kanaly who was an assistant coach with that team.  "You knew right away that he was a special player.  He was doing things at 17 that 20 year old committed (Division I) players couldn't do.  It was something to watch and a joy to Coach him."  Raman is signed through the 2015 Season with the New Jersey Devils and will continue to rack up more minutes and experience as his third season of Pro Hockey commences.  The Revolution Family wish Raman the best of luck this year and we will surely be keeping an eye on his progress in Albany.
