The Tier 1 Elite Hockey League is proud to announce the induction of the New Jersey Rockets to its ranks!! The Rockets will enter teams at the U16 and U18 levels and all teams from Squirts through Bantams will participate in the Tier One Elite League Showcases.

“This is an incredible opportunity for the Rockets in our pursuit to become the premiere hockey organization in the East Coast,” said Rocket President, Rob Broderick. “This league exposes elite players to USHL/D1 colleges who want to compete at the highest level. There is no doubt that this league is the most scouted youth hockey league in the country. All of the top Tier One teams in our area were vying for a spot in this league; that the Rockets were ultimately selected says a lot about our organization and where we are headed. We are extremely excited and proud to have the New Jersey Rockets join the top league in the country.”

There were a significant number of applicants for the 2014/2015 year, and the Rockets were selected based on program strength, depth of the organization, and its fantastic managerial and coaching support networks. The Tier 1 Elite League is proud to have the Rockets, and look forward to another exciting season of top level hockey!!!
