Bryan Owen netted a hat trick to lead yRochester Junior Americans over xIslanders Hockey Club, 8-3.

The yRochester Junior Americans penalty box was a popular destination as the team totaled 15 minors and one major for 55 minutes in penalty time. yRochester Junior Americans surpassed its season average of 23.0 penalty minutes per game. yRochester Junior Americans forced xIslanders Hockey Club goalie Harrison Vangellow to work between the pipes, taking 55 shots. yRochester Junior Americans' defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.
