Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as xSyracuse Stars defeated xPalm Beach Hawks in a shootout 2-1 (2-1 SO).

The shootout featured eight attempts between both teams. xPalm Beach Hawks got a shootout goal from Evan Stanislav. In addition to the clincher, xSyracuse Stars got a shootout goal from Brandon Morgan.
