In a game where neither team could get a cushion, Florida Eels escaped with a 4-3 victory over the Palm Beach Hawks Hawks.

No lead was more than two goals during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Bill Boberg at 14:16 of the third period.

Florida Eels was led by Boberg, who finished with one goal.

Florida Eels' offense rang up 55 shots on Palm Beach Hawks' net. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Florida Eels also got points from Nicholas Guidry, who also tallied one goal and two assists and Cameron Salander, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Zachary Boyle also scored for Florida Eels. More assists for Florida Eels came via Jordan Court, who had two and Michael Kobus, Stephen Bourque, and Clayton Boyd, who contributed one a piece.

The Hawks' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five Florida Eels power plays. Palm Beach Hawks kept Florida Eels' goalie busy throughout the game, and Robert Henriksson made 40 saves on 43 shots.

The Hawks were helped by Orion Linnehan, who racked up one goal. Linnehan scored 6:19 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Palm Beach Hawks. Vincent Conti assisted on the tally. Palm Beach Hawks additionally got points from Nick Mancini, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Palm Beach Hawks also got a goal from Larri Heinonen as well.
