King of the Rink is Skate Safe's unique take on an Iron man Tournament.  Iron man hockey is 4 on 4 games with no substitutes.  Instead of registering as a team, all players register as individuals and are randomly selected to different teams for each game they play.  Each player earns their own record based on the performance of each team they play on.  After the round robin portion of the event, each player is seeded and placed on teams for the playoff section of the event.  Once only one team remains, that team is then split in half and then play continues 2 on 2.  Then a 1 on 1 game continues.  Once one player remains, he takes on the winning goaltender for the right to be named 'King of the Rink".

Age Group: Elite Skill Level 17+

Cost:  $50 per player

Prizes:  Championship Belt & A Really Cool Crown!

Deadline:  December 13th  or until full (20 skaters / 5 goalies)
