PART 2 Pearson wants to finish Jr. career in Owen Sound

St. Marys Lincolns forward Seth Griffith was named the WOHL Rookie of the Year for the 2009-2010 season at the League Awards Banquet. Seth also picked up the SMITH BUYS award for top rookie scorer. He was also named to the Rookie all star team at Right Wing and also 1st all star right winger.
This season for St. Marys Seth played 49 games and collected 78 points which landed him 14th in scoring in the whole GOJHL and 7th in the Western Conference. He had 43 goals including 23 powerplay goals which was 2nd best in the GOJHL.
Also at the League Banquet goalie Stephen Heming was named 2nd all star goalie. Heming played in 23 games for the Lincolns picking up 14 wins with 7 regulation losses and 1 overtime loss. He had a 2.59 goals against average and a .925 save percentage which was 3rd best in the GOJHL.
Defenseman Josh Cornelissen was named to the 1st all star team. Josh played in 43 games this year (40 with St. Marys and 3 with Sarnia), he collected 4 goals and added 31 assists on the season. 2 of his goals were powerplay goals and he had 16 assists on the powerplay.
