JKA SHOTOKAN KARATE
Karate means "empty hand" -- self-defence without weapons. Karate emphasizes unity of body, mind and spirit, operating in harmony. Karate helps to keep fit, to improve co-ordination, concentration and self-image, to boost confidence, and to develop character.
