Islanders Hockey Club touched by an angel

Alumni from 5 decades participated in the IHC Annual Golf Tourney held at Overlook Golf Club in Hollis NH. Highlights of the day of celebrating hockey and friendship included the winning foursome, Longest Drive, a lively raffle, NHL Alumni, Slap Shot’s Tim “Dr Hook” McCracken and an official Hole-in-One!
Newfoundland Canada’s father & son team of Tom and Lee Noseworthy combined with former Wallace Walloper Steve Jepson and NH Hockey Hall of Famer Leo Gould to win the tournament.
EJHL Head Coach Sean Tremblay hammered the longest drive of the day, which should give him last word in the Islander locker room for the near future. NHLer Steve Leach golfed and provided raffle item to the Boston Bruins Alumni Box that garnered the highest bid of the day.
Paul Damato aka "McCracken" offered a beautiful autographed Slapshot jersey and great speech to the participants.
Samuel Tamposi of Nashua nailed a hole in one on the par 3 8thhole to win the grand prize automobile! The Hole-in-One was sponsored by the Tulley Automotive Group of Nashua, NH.
Carrabba’s Italian Restaurant of Tyngsboro, MA once again delivered a delicious catered meal for the players.
