Sponsorship Event  

LSW Members,

                 Sponsorship Event. We are asking our members to go out and get new sponsors for our league. Every new sponsor(minimum $100) that an LSW member brings in we will give you a registration credit of 25% of that sponsorship. We have posted online our current sponsors(not eligible as a new sponsor). Members are eligible for additional 25% credit for each new sponsor that they bring in.

We are hoping that with our Sponsorship event we can build our sponsorships up this year. Sponsors over the years have helped raise money that our league uses to help keep our registration costs down each year. We also use our sponsorship money to help keep our fields and equipment up to date and in good and safe working conditions.

                We are attaching our sponsorship form which you can print out. For each sponsor that you get please put your name on the form to get the registration credit which is good for any of our programs(cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other members). If a sponsor wishes to pay online they can put you down on their comments when filling out the form so you will get the registration credit.

Restrictions apply:          

1. Current sponsors are not eligible towards a credit.
2. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Credit cannot be transferred to another member.
4. Member must be listed on the sponsorship form or league notified the time of the sponsorship.
5. Credit Rate:
   1. $100 sponsor-$25.00 registration credit
   2. $200 sponsor-$50.00 registration credit
   3. $300 sponsor-$75.00 registration credit
   4. $400 sponsor-$100.00 registration credit
   5. $500 sponsor-$125.00 registration credit
6. Sponsor will receive:             
   1. Website advertisement
   2. E-mail blasts to all our Members for any special promotions.
   3. All sponsor will be listed on our sponsorship banner at our field.
   4. individual business banners available for special pricing to be displayed along the outfield fence.
