The Cape Cod Islanders will face the Lewiston Auburn Fighting Spirit in the Eastern Conference Finals of the NA3EHL.  The winner of this series will advance to the NA3EHL finals and will face the winner of the Western Confernce Finals between the Jersey Shore Wildcats and the New York Aviators. 

The Islanders faced off against the Spirit eight times this season and had a 4-3-1 record.  The Spirit had the better of the series early on, winning the first three games, one in overtime in Falmouth.  The Islanders then went on to win the next four before dropping the last meeting of the season.

"We are preparing for the toughest test of the season."  coach Jay Punsky said "We know them and they know us, there are no surprises.  These games will all be tightly contested and it's the team with the guys willing to do the little thing that will be successful."
