For Immediate Release (Fresno, California) - Your Fresno Monsters are proud to announce the signing of forward Brennan Kosloski from Regina, Saskatchewan. Kosloski spent the 2014-2015 season with the Phoenix Knights and looks to finish his final year of his junior career in Fresno.  Kosloski will join returning veterans Brantt Heble, Mike Nolan, and company as the Monsters start their defense of their Western Division Championship at home on October 22nd against the San Diego Sabers.

Last season in Phoenix, Kosloski was a key player for the Knights playing in multiple situations on the Power Play, Penalty Kill, and at regular strength. In 42 games last season, Kosloski notched 8 goals and 6 assists for 14 points, while contributing 106 penalty minutes.  Brennan’s play caught the eye of Coach Dale and the Monsters coaching staff because of his consistency and his leadership.  Most of all, Kosloski brings a strong work ethic and is another piece to the puzzle that Coach Dale feels the Monsters need in order to continue to build on their success.

“Brennan is a young man of high character and just the type of leader that we welcome here in Fresno.  He does all of the little things right on the ice and we think that he will fit great with our style of play” said Head Coach Bryce Dale. “One thing that we want to build on this season is execution and having consistency in regards to doing the little things correctly.  Brennan brings both of those characteristics to our lineup and we are excited to have him in Fresno.”

Monster fans can watch Kosloski hit the ice on Thursday, October 22nd at 7:45 P.M. at Gateway Ice Center as the Monsters start the defense of their Western Division Championship against the San Diego Sabers.
