For the 3rd straight season, the Danbury Whalers are offering fans a chance to participate in an on ice Treasure Hunt.  This promotion formerly was the Diamond Dig, but has been revised for a wider range of prizes and gift cards totally over $3,000.

On Friday, February 13th at 7:35 PM when the Whalers take on the Watertown Wolves, fans will have a chance to participate in an on ice Treasure Hunt.  The fan who gets to the X-Marks the Spot takes home the bounty.

Prior to that night’s contest a treasure chest will be buried within the ice playing surface.  At the end of the 1st period, fans will be brought out onto the ice and will be given a chance to find its location.

The Treasure Chest is getting filled each day but the current haul includes a flat screen TV, an Atari game system, PC Richard gift card, and the list keeps going.
