New Strength and Conditioning Coach, Ken Hetzel!

Ken has spent the past eleven seasons as a Strength & Conditioning Coach in professional hockey. In 2011 he began with the San Jose Sharks organization, working to develop their minor league prospects for NHL careers. During his three years with the Sharks, he was able to help develop future NHL veterans such as Dylan Demelo, Matt Irwin, and Yanni Gourde. In 2014, Ken signed with the Vancouver Canucks to perform the same role. From 2014-2019, Ken was in charge of the physical development of the Canucks’ minor league prospects. Following a
successful five years working with the organization’s prospects, which included a Western Conference Championship in 2015, Ken signed a contract to work exclusively with the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks. From 2019-2022, Ken was a Strength & Conditioning Coach in Vancouver working with the team’s up-and-coming future stars. He also helped the team secure a playoff spot in 2020, which lead to a deep playoff run all the way to the Western Conference Semifinal. Following 2022, Ken decided to move back to the Mid-Atlantic to start All-In Performance LLC, in order to help highly motivated athletes in the region reach their goals of succeeding at the next level.
