US Falls to Coyotes

Date:  Source: United States Firefighters Hockey Club

On Thursday (3/25/21) the USFFHC took on the Coyotes in their second game of the Battle of the Bear Leagues! The US again with a group of new players taking the ice for the first time as a team. The game started off well when Alex Erban scored in the first two minuets of the game to put the US up 1-0. But the Coyotes would score quick to tie it up at 1-1. The games became very physical and bitter as the teams entered the second period. The second would find the US down in the game 4-2 after Ben Cuneo scored the US second goal. The third period found the US tie the game at 4-4 but the coyotes would score again in the PP and seal the deal with the open netter. Cam Jacques and Ryan O'Donnell had the other US goals. This is the first time in team history the US has lost two games in a row. The team looks to get back on track Saturday night when they take the ice for two games.
