The Warriors traveled down to Aston on Saturday for their second league game of the 2018-2019 season. ESU would hold a one goal lead for the majority of the game but would take a penalty halfway through the third which would lead to Widener's equalizer at 2-2. The rest of the period and OT would mostly take place in the Widener end but the Warriors could not finish on any of their opportunities. The game would ultimately go to a shootout where no one would score until Widener's 4th shooter would end it.
