Francis will enter his 1st season as an assistant coach for the Bullfrogs. The Manhattan, Kansas native began his baseball career at Iowa Western Community College. In 2014, Francis helped Iowa Western CC win the National Junior College National Championship. After his sophomore season, Francis transferred to Old Dominion. He finished his junior season playing in 26 games, making 21 starts, finishing with a .239 batting average and 2 doubles. Francis then made his way to Emporia State University. As a senior, Francis started 38 games, belted 6 home run, drove in 42 runs, and hit .342. He graduated with a degree in criminal justice. Francis will be making defesive adjustments during the game and serve as the bench coach this season.
